Well here we are. I've been kicking around the idea of doing a blog to show all the japanese bikes that we build on a very low budget. The ideas that we have come across are to build something very cool and sometimes very unique for less than a new bike or even a well used. While this is accomplished all across the world on a regular basis we wanted to make sure to hold true to the things that make motorcycles sexy . A Ratbike for instance can be built cheap , but is nowhere near attractive . We also believe that there is a new kind of biker out there . I guess I need to give you a little info on who is the we I speak of . My best friend David and I started a small company called Dirty Bird Customs here in Atlanta ,Georgia . It is actually in Atlanta (downtown almost) so we ride in some of the most restrictive traffic conditions around. due to this we have adopted a style that is used by a company in japan known as Bratstyle . You could also call these bikes frisco choppers except for the fact that we mostly build japanese motorcycles. David and I have been friend for a long time (just about the time we learned we wanted to own anything that was fast enough to do something stupid with) so now that we have a small company we want everyone to get in on the action . So here is the results of some of the bikes we have built .
